Suffolk Farmhouse Sausage
Made using a recipe from Sue’s grandmother recipe book, this slightly spicier sausage containing a blend of nutmeg and cinnamon together with a mix of herbs including thyme and Parsley. This is sausage has become quite a popular breakfast/ brunch sausage for those that would like an extra bit of spice with their breakfast.
If ordering for Christmas please note our sausages have a UB date of 7 days and you may need to freeze them before the special day.
